Manufacturing
All products Zybis desgined are manufactured in our dedicated manfacturing plant to a high accuracy. Careful surface treatment is applied to ensure good surface finishing which will give the products good performance in losses and keep generation of intermodulation products to a minimum. All other steps in manufacuring are carefully done according to specifications. Thanks for our in-house manufacturing facilities, a large number of customisation to the outlook of the products can also be offered, including but not limited to custom colours and coating.
A number of products involve very fine tunning and adjustment by our experienced technican. These steps are assisted by use of suitable apparatus and careully controlled. Finished products will be sent to our testing department for careful inspection and go through a series of measurement, verification, and testing.
